I feel like it is the hardest thing ever to workout and pursue fitness when it is cold and dark out. Anybody with me? It is no fun waking up to pitch black and freezing at 5 am… Fitness has become a part of my lifestyle. I feel best when I am working my body and eating well. I am going to share a few tips on how I have made it a habit.
At the end of 2018 I said that I had a bunch of new partnerships lined up for the blog and for Instagram for 2019… One of them that I started sharing about is how I am taking all of my self care down to the basics and riding my life of things that are actually harmful for myself and my family. A Mini-Moon! A couples adventure
SO, Aaron and I didn’t take a honey moon and we probably won’t end up taking one honestly…. We are putting our wedding money and the gifts that we are given toward other opportunities to travel as a family and to a house! With that said, we took a little trip to Taos right before Christmas to get away just the two of us! We hadn’t ever done a trip that was just the two of us and man was it so fun! We both love to explore and see new things… and if it has to do with the outdoors then he is ALL IN.
Mom Always Knew Best
Growing up I remember my mom being called a hippie. Because she wanted to shop organic and use all natural products in the home people thought she was an oddball. I have always followed here footsteps and wanted to be healthy and find the most natural products that I can. However, now that I have a home of my own and a family to keep safe I have started researching more about the little things that I had never thought twice about.
